Handling times
We ship orders within 72 hours of receiving order and payment has cleared. If you are paying by Paypal E-cheque please note this does not clear for 3-5 days.
Delivery payment
In case of cash on delivery payment you need to pay the total price by the delivery of your package. The total price includes the product’s price and the delivery fee as well.
In case of payment by bank transfer, paypal, shopify payments or credit card you need to pay the total price in advance so upon delivery you can just take your package.
In case of payment by Afterpay you can make your payments in installment. We will be still sending the product to you. You don't have to pay anything at the courier, you just have to take the package. More information
All the delivered package also include the invoice. Please note, open your package in front of the deliveryman and check if there is any damage made on the package or on the product during the delivery. If you discover any damage please ask the deliveryman to make a written report of it. Only with this report we can help you with your complaint(product exchange, store credit etc.)
Delivery infos
At Regina’s Desire we operate with the following delivery companies: DHL, DPD, GLS, MPL etc. After your package leaves our webshop your local delivery company will contact you. We delivery usually weekdays between 8:00 am- 5:00 pm. If you are not staying at home during this hours please ask your delivery to your workplace.
All our operating delivery companies will try the delivery only 2 times to your address. In case of unsuccessfull delivery the delivery fee should be paid by the customer.
Return policy
We offer a convenient 14 day return and exchange policy for another size, style, or store credit.
The delivery fee remains the customer’s cost all the time at return.
